Giving You the Best Experience
We love all of our clients at The Grand Raven Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Running Late?
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that are 15 minutes late or later. In the event this happens you will also be subject to pay a deposit or prepay for future services in advance.
Need to Cancel?
48 Hour Notice
We understand that life can be unpredictable and hectic sometimes. If you need to make any changes to your appointment please give the salon proper time to offer your appointment to another guest. In the event of a no show or cancelation under 48 hours you will be subject to paying a cancelation fee. For No show, No calls In the event this happens you will also be subject to pay a deposit or prepay for future services in advance.
Returns/Refunds
The Grand Raven Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us within one week of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in with your stylist as soon as possible. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
The Grand Raven Salon proudly stands behind all its products including; Unite, IGK, Bellami, Framesi, and Layrite. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at The Grand Raven Salon, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All sales of hair brushes and hair accessories are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Redo
The Grand Raven Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us within one week of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in with your stylist as soon as possible.
Children Accompanying During Service
Between hot tools, sharp implements, chemicals, expensive breakable items and open doors, there’s no real safe space for your children to hang out while you’re receiving services with us. We kindly ask that you find arrangements for your kiddos other than bringing them to the salon during your hair appointment.
Changes To Policies
The Grand Raven Salon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Policies under which Products, Services & www.thegrandravensalon.com is offered.
